Shipping

All orders ship free within the Continental United States via UPS. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be charged a flat rate of $55 USD. Most orders ship within 21 days and you will be notified when your order ships with a tracking number. Special Orders generally take up to 30 days to ship. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Ship your return via a major delivery service that provides tracking capabilities. Returns & Exchanges

Returns:
Each garment is made to order, so we don’t keep regular inventory. Each dress order that is placed is made specifically for that customer according to the size, fabric, color and custom options they select. Therefore, please email customerservice@bespokesoutherly.com and let us know about any issues and we will work to make you happy. You are important to us and we want you to be SUPER happy with your order! If we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll exchange your dress or refund your purchase.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery date and after you have received a return authorization from us in writing. All returned items must be received in new and original condition, unaltered and unworn. They must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt or invoice. All tags and labels must be on the items. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of the original receipt date. In addition, any items that are designated final sale or special order are not returnable.

Ship your return via a major delivery service that provides tracking capabilities. Customers are responsible for one-way shipping of returns.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange the item for another size, fabric or color, you may return the original item for a store credit as long as it was not a special order or final sale item. You will need to place a new order for the new item.

Final Sale items:
There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

Special Order items:
Items made as a special request by the customer, such as non-stock colors, are considered special order and are final sale and non-returnable.
